This is my first time getting my hair cut by Trinity, she was professional, helpful without being pushy. She had a great attention to detail, I could tell she was making sure it got done right but also didn’t take ages to get it done. 10/10

The service we received this morning (11/05/25) was outstanding. My husband and I were very impressed by the customer service Trinity have shown us. Marty is the "Rock" of this location. She works her butt off and always greets you with a smile. I go to Amelia Walk shopping center for groceries, the UPS store, dry cleaners and the restaurants, almost daily and I have never driven past the Great Clips storefront and not seen her inside working. If I still had my business I would steal her. A positive attitude and work ethic is difficult to fine. She excels at both.

My husband has been coming here to see Carla and absolutely loves her, so I decided to stop in for a haircut. They did an amazing job with my hair and it’s now my favorite place to go when I need a good cut. I used a coupon from the NFL Kirk cousin, so it was a great deal and the perfect time to try them out. I’ve always heard great things from my husband, and now I get it. We’ll definitely be coming back more often.
